Join us for a 4 week Acro evening session on Wednesdays or drop in to any of our fun and educational classes held Tuesdays and Thursday daytime.

Jumps Tech 10+yrs – working on consistency and strengthening of jumping skills.

Turn Tech 10+yrs - working on consistency and strengthening of turning skills.

Flex Focus 10+yrs - injury prevention, flexibility training, muscle lengthening, joint mobility and individualized support.

PBT 10+yrs - progressing ballet technique - fine muscle control for strength training and technical development.

Tap Jam 12+yrs - Across the floor and centre floor combinations to help hone tap technique and musicality. And ultimately, to just feel joy making music with your feet!

Minimum of 6 required for classes to run.

July Classes

Join us for a 4 week Acro session on Wednesdays or drop in to any of our fun and educational classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Jumps and Turns 6+yrs & 11+yrs - working on consistency and strengthening of jumps and turns skills. Classes will be separated into age/level groups.

Stretch and Strength 10+yrs – Lengthening and strengthening muscles for enhanced control, power, flexibility and injury prevention.

Movement Mechanics 10+yrs – Focus on key areas including turnout, foot control, landings from jumps, and specific skill breakdown and development.

Tap Jam 12+yrs - Across the floor and centre floor combinations to help hone tap technique and musicality. And ultimately, to just feel joy making music with your feet!

August Classes
